Air conditioning was inconsistent; it didn't cool well, making nights uncomfortable. The shower was dirty upon arrival, and the floors were filthy-our feet were black. Wi-Fi connection was poor, and the TV in the bedroom didn't work. Maintenance was prompt for issues like the dryer and hot water, but the room seemed tired overall. The noise from the splash park made it hard to relax, overshadowing the nearby restaurant convenience.

The spacious two-bedroom suite with a lovely view from the balcony was a plus. The kids loved the waterpark, especially since passes were included. Local restaurants were within walking distance, which was convenient, and Jimmy Guanas next door had great food and live music. Service was responsive, but the water being shut off for half the day was frustrating and made things difficult, especially with kids. Spotty cleanliness issues, like carpets and a few roaches, were disappointing. a great location but some improvements are definitely needed.

Our car trouble was promptly addressed by Davion. Jimmy, the concierge, was attentive and polite. Location was ideal, with easy access to multiple attractions. Family-friendly amenities were a plus, though the noisy environment was disruptive. Check-in was smooth, and the spacious apartment layout suited our family well. the lack of consistent cleaning and faulty fixtures overshadowed the positives. Communication with the staff was efficient, but issues must be resolved proactively. A solid potential, but substantial improvements are necessary.

So, me and my sweetheart had a blast during our romantic getaway! We were just a short walk from the beach, which was super convenient for our sunset strolls. Plus, being close to bars and restaurants was perfect for our date nights. The staff was also super friendly and helped us out whenever we needed.

But, there were some downsides too. The room was a bit lacking - no hooks for towels, only one chair, and no table, which made things a bit tricky.

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel, so close to everything! The water park was a fantastic bonus that came with the room, providing endless fun for the family. The tiki bar was a great place to unwind and enjoy some drinks under the sun. Plus, the office staff, especially Davion, were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The cleaning of the rooms could have been better. We found some overlooked items from previous guests, like an old k-cup and a used credit card.

Just wanted to share my experience at the Harbourisde. So, the heating in the room was pretty good, kept us warm during our stay. the air conditioning was a letdown, barely worked and couldn't cool the room properly. The sitting area was cozy, but there was only one chair which was a bit inconvenient. We were looking forward to having a terrace but unfortunately, our room didn't have one. As for amenities, there were no free toiletries provided, which was a bit surprising. The lack of a washing machine and dryer made it difficult for us to do laundry during our stay. The cookware and kitchen utensils were basic, but we managed to prepare some simple meals. The flat-screen TV was nice for entertainment, but the room could have used some updates like a parquet floor for a cleaner look. The Harbourisde had its pros and cons. The room had its shortcomings, but the staff was friendly and accommodating.

we recently stayed at New Hotel Collection Harbourside and had an exceptional experience. the 1 bedroom condo was spacious, clean, and well-designed. the designated parking in the parking garage was convenient, and the location was close to many restaurants and a water park, which our kids absolutely loved. the beach was just a block away, and we appreciated the washer, dryer, and fully equipped kitchen in the apartment. the easy access to nearby supermarkets and restaurants made our stay even more enjoyable. overall, it was a nice and relaxing stay for our family.

Easy walk to beach, water park, free parking, family-friendly, kind staff.

Felt secure, nothing to complain about.

From the moment we arrived, the staff at this Indian Rocks Beach resort made us feel right at home. They were friendly and always ready to assist with any requests we had. The Lazy River and the onsite restaurant with live music were definite highlights of our stay. Plus, being just steps away from the beautiful beach and numerous restaurants added to the convenience. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities provided. we had a fantastic time as women traveling alone and will definitely be returning next year.

The hassle of obtaining arm bands to use the pool from 10am-6pm. It would have been more convenient if all guests in the room were provided with arm bands.
